Spring Cleanse and Weight Loss

Spring is almost here. Change of seasons is the perfect time to cleanse.

Kohlrabi

Lettuce

Spinach

Squash

Sweet Potatoes or yams (be sure to let your jam or sweet potato juice sit for a least an hour for the starch to settle to the bottom of your container or it will be gritty)
